With increasingly stringent environmental requirements of the thermal powerplant wastewater discharge limits are rising. The effective wastewater treatment andrecycling plant has become an important way of saving water.With the rapid development of science and technology,the scale and level ofsocial production to continuously improve,but the production level of wastewatertreatment is relatively backward,the lag.Our own per capita water resources is a seriousshortage of serious unevenly distributed on the space-time,and wastewater treatmenttechnology is lagging behind,resulting in the already scarce water resources has beenmentioned lapel see elbow. Wastewater generated in the production of effective andthorough treatment, and even reuse has become a major development direction of theresearch.As a part of zero-discharge project,the treatment of discharged water fromrecirculated cooling water has been investigated.The permeate water of ultrafiltrationand reverse osmosis is used as the supply of boiler feed water treating system.Thefeasibility and the optimum operating conditions of ultrafiltration followed by reverseosmosis are tested through a series of trials. From the experimental results on the waterefficiency of the UF and RO water recovery,the initial accounting system operatingcosts,and use the opportunity of this experiment. Reverse osmosis system into thewater pressure obtained by this experiment and its corresponding desalination ratesituation,in line with the solution diffusion theory.This topic through dynamic simulation tests and field trials in-depth study of apower plant circulating sewage water depth treatment technology.Studied thecirculating sewage water sodium hydroxide coagulation and lime coagulationtreatment processes.Studied the sodium hydroxide treatment technology characteristics,as well as the difference between sodium hydroxide treatment with lime.Formedsodium hydroxide coagulation and clarification process control methods of circulatingsewage water.The plant were analyzed in circulating sewage water deep treatmentprocess in reverse osmosis system fouling problem.Forming the circulation sewagewater depth processing key technology.
