| Along with pollution and shortage of water resources being serious day by day, water resources have already become the restriction factor of the power industry. Ultra filtration and reverse osmosis were used for the treatment of circulating discharge water so as to use it for the make-up water of the boiler. The results of the test show that. HYDRAcap60 UF can effetely remove the suspended solid and reduce the content of colloid in the circulating cooling water. The quality and the quantity can meet the requirement of reverse osmosis system. The inlet water pH controlled below 7.5, anti-sealants quantity of PTP-0100 is 4-5 mg/L. the optimized recovery ratio of reverse osmosis was 60%. Research and development this technology will open up a new way to solution of water resources shortage of power plant problem in our country. It processes considerable economic benefit and environment benefit .Its application will have a good future in industry.
