As global temperatures rise, the control of greenhouse gas emissions and moreattention around the world, in2008China’s climate conference in Copenhagen in2020,China made carbon dioxide emissions intensity by40%to45%compared with2005commitment. Currently various cities have developed a decline in carbon dioxideemissions intensity target, so the research analysis and evaluation of factors affecting theintensity of carbon dioxide emissions in the city has a strong practical significance.Firstly, the City of carbon dioxide emissions intensity factors and decompositionmodel conducted in-depth research, select LMDI carbon dioxide emissions intensityapproach to urban decomposition, the decomposition of energy intensity factors, energyand industrial structures of three factors; followed by industrial energy intensity isimpact of changes in the intensity of carbon dioxide emissions a major factor, usingLMDI industrial energy intensity decomposition method for the technical effects andstructural effects of two factors, technological effects are the main factors leading tochanges in industrial energy intensity, using the DEA method for carbon dioxideemissions intensity over the years the city to conduct a longitudinal evaluation of urbancarbon dioxide emissions intensity more comprehensive insight; Finally, Baoding, forexample, the method using LMDI impact on carbon dioxide emissions intensity anddepth of industrial energy intensity factor analysis, structural studies showed thatelectricity, heat production and industry supply industry, coal mining and washingindustry, leather, fur, feathers (down) and its manufacturing and petroleum processing,coking and nuclear fuel processing industry is a major factor affecting the four industrialenergy intensity and electricity, heat production and technical effect of the supplyindustry is a major factor leading to rising industrial energy intensity in2010and2011carbon dioxide emissions intensity Baoding efficiency decreases.Through the study of urban carbon dioxide emissions intensity factors analysis andevaluation of the proposed decomposition and carbon dioxide emission intensity factorsof the city, and finally deep into certain industries, propose feasible solutions todecrease the city ’s carbon dioxide emissions intensity, carbon dioxide emissions for thecity factors affecting the strength of the study provide a reference.
