In order to choosing varieties of tobacco which can fully demonstrate thesweet aroma quality characteristics in the south of anhui, achieve good match, sclectK326, NC297, NC102, NC55, NC71and Yunyan97six varieties of tobacco, designcuring process respectively, to analyze its cured tobacco leaf appearance and intrinsicquality, combine the factor, to fully excavate the germplasm characteristics andpotential. The main results are as follows:(1) varieties of K326tobacco, need high humidity (mainly yellowing temperature38and39℃, wet bulb temperature of37.5℃) yellowing condition relatively, underthe condition, the activity of a variety of enzyme in the tobacco leaves is higher, ifyellowing time is long,the leaves will be easy to become yellow excessive, yellowingtime must be control, central leaves54h, top leaves60h; Set the wet bulbtemperature of the color fixing is higher than other varieties slightly (by the38.5℃+/-0.5℃at the end of yellowing increased to40.5℃+/-0.5℃), set the colorfixing sustain48h-54(h) has beneficial to the degradation of macromolecularsubstances such as starch, cured tobacco leaf have better quality.(2) NC297varieties of tobacco leaves turn yellow slowly, which become yellowneed relative humidity (relative humidity92%88%). In order to improve the activityof the enzyme in tobacco, which benefits the degradation of macromolecularsubstances fully.Whose water loss is a bit slow, should set slow rate of temperatureincrease (0.5℃/h)in color fixing, in case of moisture could’t decrease in time leadto bad tobacco leaves.(3) NC71varieties of tobacco dehydration quickly, easy to bake and curing, needto protect wet in yellowing. Yellowing time shoulds not be too long, central leavescontrol in48h-54h, and upper leaves control in54h-60h.(4) NC102containing material is less, cured blade thin, tobacco leaf weight islighter, in yellowing stage, control the humidity moisture, relative humidity89%85%,turn into the fixing stage in time after leaves turn yellow fully; Fixing period, prevent blade inclusions consume too much, rapid dehydration during the45-49℃,1.25%/h-1.35%/h as appropriate. Which can improve the appearance quality of the leaves.(5) NC55varieties of tobacco which not infected in the local ecologicalenvironment have better curing resistance, yellowing period need relatively highhumidity (relative humidity92%88%), to facilitate the degradation ofmacromolecular material in tobacco, set slow temperature increase rate (0.5℃/h)in the color fixing, the whole time color control in48h,curing tobacco sensory qualityand comprehensive quality is better.(6) Yunyan97varieties of tobacco curing technology is mature in the local.Inorder to ensure the leaf tobacco and appearance match better, pay more notice totransform yellowing full to fixing color pHase. Yellowing period must controlhumidity.Turn into the fixing stage in time after leaves turn yellow fully. Set thetemperature increase rate slowly. The whole curing time control in140-150-h.(7) K326, NC297, NC102, NC71, NC55, and Yunyan97, six varieties of curetobacco have some differences in terms of quality and economic indicators. Yunyan97varieties of tobacco sweet aroma feeling feeling is more outstanding, have bettercomprehensive economic characters; K326varieties of tobacco sweet aroma feeling isoutstanding, the comprehensive quality is good, economic characters indicators ingeneral; NC297varieties of high economic benefit, the comprehensive quality is good,but the sweet aroma feeling isn’t outstanding; NC102varieties comprehensive qualityperformance is good, but the sweet aroma feeling isn’t outstanding; NC71and NC55varieties tobacco infect TMV serious.(8) Tobacco overall in anhui, total sugar content is high, nicotine content is low. Inall central leaf samples, accounting for45.71%of total sugar content from25%to30%, more than30%(8.57%); Nicotine content below2.0%accounted for25.71%,2.0%to2.5%(37.14%); In all the upper leaf samples, accounting for25%of totalsugar content from25%to25%, more than30%(2.86%); Nicotine content below2.0%(22.86%), accounts for2.0%to2.5%(28.57%), more than2.5%(48.57%).Contact to the sensory quality of tobacco leaves, did better in central leaf samples,total sugar content was21.09%27.60%, nicotine content not less than1.99%.Smoking good quality samples of upper leaves, total sugar content was from22.46%to26.97%, nicotine content not less than2.26%. Therefore believe that, in the southof anhui, agronomic measures appropriate to reduce the content of total sugar, andappropriate promotion to promote the quality of tobacco smoking and excavate sweet aroma feeling will have a positive impact.
