2018 national tobacco planting area of 13.5 million mu,the leaf tobacco production 35 million bear(1.75 million tons),at present our country is still widely used traditional coal-fired heating brick structure of the curing barn for tobacco baking,each 1 Kg dry tobacco baking,generally in coal consumption is 1.5 ~ 2.5 Kg,The annual coal consumption of tobacco curing in China is 3.5million tons,coal consumption big cost is high,and can cause a lot of CO2,CO,SO2,NO,harmful toxic substances such as H2 S and soot pollution environment,the heat energy utilization rate of about 30%,nearly 80% more heat emissions by baking platoon is wet.The baking process completely depends on manual control and manual operation,the degree of automation is not high,the labor intensity is large,the quality of the baking tobacco leaf depends on the operator's personal experience,can not achieve intelligent,digital control.With the rapid development of science and technology,to improve the cigarette quality,tobacco farmers pursue efficiency,cigarette factory,the pursuit of quality,the transformation of development and environmental friendly voice is more and more big,the new energy-saving green intelligent curing barn,is in the south of anhui anhui tobacco leaf production and the whole region brick barn for a total of more than 10000,according to local climate characteristics,to develop solar + heat pump technology is applied in the research area in the south of anhui tobacco curing barn intensive type is necessary,from the following aspects:(1)master the characteristics of tobacco leaf baking process,establish a dense tobacco leaf baking room model,carry out load research and analysis.(2)based on the analysis of energy consumption in each stage of baking,the intensive baking room model of solar energy,heat pump + heat recovery was designed,and the coupling heating and automatic control of solar energy,heat pump + heat recovery were studied.(3)economic comparative analysis is conducted between the operation study of the model and the operation of traditional coal-fired heating oven,Itsoperating cost is only 39.2% of that of coal-fired baking barn,and its economic benefits are obvious.The annual emission reduction of pollutants is nearly60,000 tons of CO2,CO,SO2,NO,H2 S and smoke and dust.Therefore,some methods of reducing energy consumption proposed in this research will play a certain role in promoting energy saving of flue-cured tobacco in southern Anhui,and provide reference for other production areas in this industry.
