In recent years due to increasing mining intensity generally, not only the mining area ecological environment, the buildings and structures on the surface are destroyed by underground coal mining, and associated with security problems and hidden danger, while the fundamental way to solve these problems lies in the reasonable processing of the exploitation space.This paper study on the key layer separation in space, falling damage law, fracture zone of the overlying strata movement, the time and speed affect the ground, the gob roof failure rule, failure form and movement, filling high water material through the hole in the ground to the mined out space and goaf, so that the high water material is filled with falling fracture zone, caving, control or eliminate the surface subsidence; by the experimental method to study the physical and chemical properties of the filling material, the setting time, fluidity, compressive strength of the filling materials in different proportions; study the flow and perfusion speed, setting time in different proportion of high water material, analyzing how to improve the mining space filling rate for the supporting role of overlying rock and control the gob roof subsidence, research on realization of filling technology of surface micro settlement.This research through theoretical analysis, laboratory experiment and numerical simulation, filling the mined strata and goaf, find out the high water material in caving relationships, goaf flow range and the infusion speed, setting time, improve the filling rate of the goaf and empty space supporting role, effectively control the roof of mining subsidence, protect the surface structures and the ecological environment for destroying to realize the liberation of "three under the pressure of coal"and the micro settlement of the goaf area.
