The Feasibility Study About The Project Of Xiangtan Shuangma Landfill Environment

Garbage disposal is one of the infrastructure of urban construction,which can affectthe economic development and residents’ living environment.Shuangma Landfill inXiangtan constructed early,and subsequently,the master plan of city and the regionalplanning have changed,state makes greater demands on urban garbage disposal and theenvironmental governance of landfill.Shuangma Landfill has problems withenvironment:the scope of the demolition where the landfill site and sewage from theresidential areas does not reach500meters;the environment of landfill is harm to theXiangjiang lake and is incompatible with the Xiangjiang scenery.Therefore,theenvironmental governance is very urgent.This paper aims to combine theory and practice.First,the paper represents theexisting feasibility study at home and abroad,based on the analysis,analyses thenecessity of the Shuangma Landfill in this case, site selection and constructionscale.Then,the paper conducts a comprehensive study of the Shuangma landfill to drawup the plan of investment estimation and the financing.Finally,financial evaluation andsocial evaluation have been given.
