As the power plant air pollutants emission standards (GB13223-2011), coal-firedpower plant desulfurization task appears increasingly burdensome. Based on expertsystem principle and the research of wet flue gas desulfurization process, developed acoal-fired power plant expert system for wet flue gas desulfurization, for helpoperators improve the level of the operation of the desulfurization equipmentmaintenance and optimization control adjustment, has a certain guidance andreference value.This paper introduces the structure, characteristic and development steps ofexpert system and wet flue gas desulfurization process flow and its composition,desulfurization principle and the factors influencing desulphurization efficiency. Alsochoose the desulfurization efficiency model.In a coal-fired power plant600mw unit of wet flue gas desulfurization system asthe research object, and set up the structure model of expert system for wet flue gasdesulfurization, the overall design. Based on DCS of power plant desulfurizationequipment, artificial intelligence and the desulfurization system consulting help, faultdiagnosis and simulation control, use of Visual Basic6.0for language developmenttools, Access to creating a database of expert system for wet flue gas desulfurization,wet developed a coal-fired power plant flue gas desulfurization expert systemsoftware. The software mainly includes expert consulting help, fault diagnosis,simulation optimization control and knowledge base management four parts, mainlyin the wet flue gas desulfurization technology of coal-fired power plant relatedknowledge in the query; the offline and online fault diagnosis; wet flue gasdesulfurization process for the dynamic simulation; select the appropriatedesulphurization efficiency model parameters on the desulfurization efficiencyliquid-gas ratio(L/G) and pH value is optimized; and the loop will fluid volume canalso update the knowledge in knowledge base.
