If you want to keep on living, it is necessary to find a suitable technology.The main research content of this paper is to consider the specific objective conditions of the thermal power plant of Liaohe oil field by the comparison and analysis of the domestic and foreign fire power plant desulphurization technology.In the scheme of the concrete implementation phase, gas for heat exchanger install the necessary discussion, determine the investment necessary; carried on the design to the desulphurization tower of the main parameters, calculating to ensure higher desulphurization efficiency when the minimum reactor size; in addition to mist eliminators for self transformation, by increasing the strong polypropylene instead of stainless steel, so as to decrease the corrosion caused by the impact; the absorbent conveying pipe upgrade; choose the suitable SO2 emissions statistics method; desulphurization system debugging.Finally, the system is operating normally, and the SO2 content of the flue gas is less than 200 mg/Nm3, so the expected target is achieved. |
