Its stability and reliability for the mine tunnel air volume adjust is the technical foundation which determines that if the mine ventilation system can safely and effectively complete ventilation tasks or not. The air volume existing adjustment process appeared the defects of making not real-time adjustment on the mine tunnel air volume, the low accuracy of air volume adjust, the vast manually adjustable air volume works. So, there are security risks during the air volume adjustment process. Therefore, it is very necessary to make research on the adjust windscreen technology.To solve the defects of the existing the adjust windscreen technology, the paper proposed to make research on the mine automatically adjust and control windscreen air volume device which consists of four major parts. The four major parts are the rolling windscreens part, the hydraulic system, the electrical control system and the signal acquisition system. On the basis of determining the composition and working principle and the work status of the device, the paper made research in order to determine the solutions of the electrical control system.To highlight the role of the device to adjust the mine tunnel air volume, the paper proposed that the device was installed between the two working face of the transport tunnel in order to successfully solve the problem of the working face insufficient air volume during the coal production process. Then, the paper made visualization research for the entire adjust the mine tunnel air volume process of the device, and the results verified that the device could automatically adjust and distribute the mine bottom air flow.The paper made research on the the key technologies of the mine automatically adjust and control windscreen air volume device in order to the device could successfully practice engineering applications. The proposed technologies included screen forms structure and materials optimization technology, connecting rod level security technology, the windscreens shutter normal opening and closing anti-jamming technology, the double limit-skilled technology of the windscreen opening, and low shock high precision real time automatically micro adjust air volume technology. These five techniques are the protection which the device can achieve successfully the expected function.The simulation analysis of the hydraulic drive system by using AMESim software was based on the corresponding parameter setting, and the actual kinematic curve is obtained. The simulation analysis of the device under the actual dynamic load was carried by using ADAMS software. After setting the relevant driver and load function, the device had been in line with the expected design requirements of micro adjust air volume.On the basis of theoretical analysis, a device prototype was produced. Then the laboratory and industrial field testing of the prototype was made. The analysis results of a large number of collected experimental data can verify that the device can achieve automatically real-time testing and adjustment the mine tunnel air volume. After the successful test, the device had been successfully applied to a coal mine in Changzhi.The results of this study indicate that the device has a reasonable structure and a reliable performance. Also, the device can make real-time automatic testing and adjusting on the mine tunnel air volume and can achieve that air volume adjustment process is completely without human intervention. Besides, the air volume adjustment can achieve uniform micro-adjustment process so that the process has the advantage that a small amount of air volume shock amplitude and the high accuracy of air volume adjustment. |
