The mining scope of Changping Mine is expanding continuously.In order to effectively solve the problem of reliability and ventilation distribution of Lujiayu ventilation system,the ventilation system of the mine is optimized and reformed,and the reliability of the ventilation system after the Lujiayu ventilation shaft is put into operation is studied.Firstly,all the main roadways in the mine are tested for ventilation resistance,and then the measured data are analyzed and calculated.The test is carried out according to the MT/T440-2008 standard revised by the members of the subject group.According to the temperature and humidity related parameter test,ventilation resistance parameter test and data analysis results,the software of ventilation management and analysis system is developed.The software system is used to simulate and analyze the effective air volume,structure air leakage and ventilation resistance distribution of the existing ventilation system in the mine,which provides the basis for improving the effective air volume rate and reducing the ventilation resistance,and then achieves the purpose of optimizing the ventilation system.Based on the test of ventilation parameters in Changping Coal Mine,this paper uses MVIS/3D-Net software of mine ventilation management information system,based on the principle of minimum power consumption and according to the principle of node-driven to adjust the air volume on demand,constructs the mine ventilation management information system in Changping Coal Mine,and realizes the three-dimensional ventilation system in Changping Coal Mine.At the same time,the maximum resistance routes of Pushan return air shaft,Changping return air shaft,Yangjiazhuang return air shaft and Lujiayu return air shaft are determined,and the pressure energy distribution maps of the maximum resistance routes of each return air shaft,as well as the resistance histograms of each roadway along the maximum resistance routes and 100-meter resistance histograms of roadways are drawn to reflect the resistance consumption of each roadway under the same conditions(with the same length).According to the max resistance road map of each return air shaft,the resistance distribution in the intake area,the use area and the return air area of each return air system is analyzed.This study can provide the theory,method and technology for daily management evaluation of ventilation system,real-time diagnosis and decision-making of ventilation control during catastrophic period for mine safety production practice,and provide certain technical support for mine capacity expansion and reconstruction,improving mine production capacity and ensuring the reliable and stable operation of ventilation system.This thesis has 30 figures,26 tables,74 references and 2 schedules.
