The article379of Safety Regulations in Coal Mine clear stipulates, the service life of hoisting ropes of friction hoist cannot not exceed two years. The rapid replacement device for hosting ropes was the key equipment adapting to the need of quickly replacement of hoisting ropes. The control performance of the hydraulic control system of the rapid replacement device for hoisting ropes directly determined the normal operation of the device, so the research on the hydraulic system had a vital significance.The hydraulic control system of a kind of rapid replacement device for hosting ropes was designed in this paper, it mainly included the hydraulic control system of the anti-running device, the hydraulic control system of the locking rope device and the electro-hydraulic governing system of stepping send ropes device.The simulation model of electromagnetic relief valve and pushing component of the hydraulic control system of the anti-running device in cordless condition were built. The effect of system pressure on the packing process and relief process were studied, the reason for that four cylinders were not synchronized was analyzed, the rated flow of pressure relief directional valve was matched. The load model of hydraulic cylinders locking ropes was built, and dynamic performance of the hydraulic cylinder in locking ropes process was studied through simulation.The simulation model of unidirectional sequence valve and the loaded models of locking ropes of the hydraulic control system of the locking rope device were built. The simulation model of the hydraulic control system was established, the system flow and the system pressure were matched. According to the phenomenon of hydraulic hoses were bent cause by which hydraulic cylinders were not synchronous, hydraulic cylinder with throttling orifices was presented in this paper, and the diameters of the orifice and the damping hole diameter of unidirectional sequence valve were matched. The dynamic performance of the process of hydraulic cylinders locking ropes were analyzed.The electro-hydraulic governing system of stepping send ropes device was designed, servo valve was selected as the core component of the speed control system. In order to increase the speed of the sending hydraulic cylinders and reduce throttling losses when sending ropes in heavy load,differential circuit was designed. PID controller and dynamic pressure feedback correction were designed for speed electro-hydraulic control system, and the system obtained a better performance of speed adjustment.In order to verify the rationality of parameter matching of hydraulic control system and the correctness of the simulation model, the Laboratory experiments of the rapid replacement device were carried. The results showed, the hydraulic control system has higher safety performance and better dynamic performance, and the simulation curves were consistent with the experimental curves, it proved that the simulation models were correct.
