With the increasing speed of coal mine,vertical shaft hoisting security is more and more taken seriously.Because of the mine hoisting overwinding accidenst often causing serious consequences,and even threating the hoisting security,"The Coal Mine Safety Regulations" stipulate that there should be set up reliable buffer device,in order to prevent serious accidents.The steel belt overwind buffer device are widely used in coal mine hoisting system due to its advantages of simple structure,good stability of buffer and reusable,etc.Now though there are a lot of research about the buffering characteristics of different overwind buffer device,however,there is not enough research about the characteristics of steel belt overwind buffer device and the matching relationship between device and the vertical shaft hoisting system.Based on this,this paper put the research of the characteristics of steel belt overwind buffer device and the matching relationship between device and the vertical shaft hoisting system as the main content in order to provide the reference for the matching steel belt overwind buffer device in the different condition of hoisting system.Through consulting a large number of relevant literature,in view of the vertical shaft multi rope friction hoisting system,pointing out the problems of overwind,analyzeing the reasons of overwind,classifying the overwind,analyzeing the volume buffer device research status at home and abroad,and determining the overwind buffer in this paper,we study the device object for the steel belt type overwind buffer device.Simplifing the system dynamics model of multi degree of freedom,and setting up the simplified mechanical model.Making mechanical characteristics analysis of the two different working condition of the ascension and overloading down of the hoisting system.In overwind cases,which have three different stages:safety braking phase,the buffer braking phase and ever overwind buffer braking phase.Analyzing the mechanical propertiesthe of the two different working conditions of the three stages respectively.Based on the Comsol Multiphysics software for steel belt overwind buffer device simulation modeling and analysis of steel strip strain characteristics,analysis of steel strip thickness,width,and the influence of roller diameter of steel belt strength;Analysis of roller pressure characteristic,analyzing dynamic volume compression pressure and roller and the relationship between the mechanical structure;Braking characteristics of steel strip are studied,the analysis of braking force and the displacement,moving roller roller pressure and the relationship between the characteristics of mechanical structure.Analyzing the matching relationship of steel belt overwind buffer device and hoisting system from three aspects on the length of the overwind buffer strip steel,buffer braking force of steel belt overwind buffer device and the matching of buffer braking force in the side of the overwinding and overfalling.Analyzing the buffer minus speed of overwinding and overfalling of the hoisting container in the different working conditions of overwinding,and analyzing and validating the above through the hoisting system parameter of a mine of huainan coal mine area.In this paper,the results can provide certain reference and the standard for the selection and matching between overwind buffer device and hoisting system of coal mine,which have very strong realistic meaning and practical application value.
