The composite material have significant differences in the field ofconstructer、physical and chemical properties also in the section of processingcrafts compared to traditional mental and engineering material also with it’sown mechanical properties shows the characteristics. The composite materialcomposed of distinct interface and material with excellent physical andchemical properties to form the favorable multiphase materials. Itsperformance is better than the component materials even some properties arenot available to the original composition material. As a matter of fact,composite material can improve strength, stiffness and thermal properties ofconstituter material. In the90s last century the carbon fiber composite shaftswidely used in ship and auto shaft systems by western developed country.Compared with traditional metal shafts, the carbon fiber composite shaftshave the advantages of high strength and stiffness, light weight, optimizingthe arrangement of system, corrosive acid and reducing the reaction ofbearing and good displacement compensating. With further applicationresearch, the carbon fiber composite shafts will be widely used in the future.Based on the classic mechanics of composite material, this thesisdetermined the academic calculating and designing method which is suitablefor the carbon fiber composite shafts through the single layer of materialstress-strain relationship, strength theory of anisotropic composite materials,calculating aspects of laminate stiffness and compliance. This program isformed to analysis the ultimate strength of laminates according to theTsai-Wu.According to the theory of element analysis of composite material,determining method of calculating through software ANSYS. Using thissoftware designed to analyze the statics, modal of the glue roll. The resultsobtained with the finite element analysis software similar to the results oftheoretical calculations.Established under the premise of the thickness of thecomposite material, Analysis of different ply angles, the stress distributionratio of adhesive roll model and the roller body to reverse the effects ofperformance.Completed element analysis of glue roller, finite composite materials play aspecific modulus and strength characteristics, draw the appropriate solution ina limited designing time.
