The Database Of Mechanical Properties Of Laminsted Composite

In this paper,with Visual Fox Pro 9.0 as a platform,a simulation database of a composite laminated mechanical properties is built.This database mainly contains the following three modules: The first one is the information query module of composite single-layer plate.The second one is mechanical properties simulation database maintenance module composite laminates.The third one is simulation code automatic generation module of composite laminates.In the database construction process,the interface of the three modules is firstly established,and then the connection between the modules is established,constituting the overall framework of the database.Next,detailed functional design and interface design of the interface module are made by increasing the control,building new method of the new procedures and properties and writing corresponding code.Finally,the database is finished.The various module functions of the database are as follows:(I))The simulation database maintenance module of composites laminate mechanical properties has the following functions: In this module,the engineering mechanical constants of various composite laminates such as transverse elastic modulus,longitudinal elastic modulus,longitudinal Poisson's ratio,in-plane shear elastic modulus,transverse tensile strength,transverse compression Degree,longitudinal tensile strength,longitudinal compressive strength and in-plane shear strength,are recorded.In this module interface,the user can systematically manage the singlelayer plate information stored in the database,including adding,changing,deleting records,etc.Users can also store composite laminates engineering mechanical constant information and simulation conditions information in the database so that it can be convenient for the query and management later.(II)Information query module of composite material single-layer plate mainly has the following functions: In the module interface,users can quickly find the single-layer plate meeting the conditions by setting the "output field","query conditions" and "sort field".(III)Simulation code generation module of composite Laminates has the following main functions: The module contains a code framework written in the batch language APDL programming language supported by ANSYS finite element analysis software.Therefore,users only need to select the required composite material in the module interface material and pavement parameters,and the database will automatically select the single layer of engineering mechanics and the number of layers,paving angle and model size and other data and automatically fill them into the APDL code framework,automatically generating a program code file.The program can be run directly by using ANSYS to get the final strength of composite laminates.
