Recently, electrosopun nanofiber has been received lots of interests attribute to its unique chemical and physical properties. However, duo to the limits of the electrospinning technique itself, which make the diameters of the fiber are scattered and the orientation and the crystallization are low, the application of them are inclined. In this paper electrospinning and then hot-stretching technique were used to prepare composite nanofiber sheets of grafted MWCNT/PAN terpolymer. The process of the preparation consists of:(1) optimized the conditions of the electrospinning. The concentration of10wt%, the voltage is lkv/m and the rotating speed of the drums is;(2) Carbon nanotubes has been used to enhance the PAN fibers so they are grafted onto the PAN to improve the dispersion and interface adhesion;(3) Different concentration of carbon nanotubes have been added to optimize the amount of addition for the enhancement;(4) Hot-stretching has been used to improve the orientation and crystallization of the composite nanofiber and further to improve the mechanical properties of the fiber.
