Air conditioners, refrigerators, water heaters, the automotive, and theirappliances and equipments, also the petrochemical, aerospace, the urban water supplyand other pipeline projects, require a lot of pipes with different materials, shapes, pipediameter. These pipes are usually high precision machining, high demand number of,the market of pipeline processing and molding is increasing demand for these pipes.When the coil material is processed into products generally needs to be cut beprovided with the certain length, bending pipe fittings, and molding pipe fittings portprocessing. Using conventional processing equipment, method and processingtechnology is simple, single function, lower process efficiency, and high energyconsumption. The multi-step processing needs multiple devices, increases processingerrors when replaces equipment, the processing quality is low, it’s difficult to meet thecurrent application in related industries.An efficient pipe fitting integrated CNC machining mode is studied. The cuttingmaterial, bending, tube end forming, and the pipe discharging and optimizesmanufacturing processes are researched, to achieve the integration CNC tubeprocessing or any combination of the processing. It is optimum manufacturingprocessing, a high degree of automation, saving the labor, improving the processingquality of the tube member. So this has an important significance.The CNC machining process for pipeline integration and control of the keyissues, are studied:Firstly, the whole fitting processing, precisely the pipe feeding, smooth cuttingthe pipe, forming the pipe end, three-dimensional bending and robotic automaticunloading and other individual manufacturing processes are researched, then itsprocessing operations is optimized, the integration process and the pipe machiningprocesses are designed.Secondly, the integration CNC control requirements are analyzed from themachining process, the basic parameters of the integration CNC control is proposed,and the overall control scheme of the integration CNC machining is designed, basedon the field-bus in soft PLC logic control and servo control. Then the soft PLCcontrol scheme is made, the objects, input and output signals in soft PLC control are analyzed, the servo control of the integrated solutions from the control targets isstudied, the open-loop, closed-loop, semi-closed loop control systems are analyzed,the position servo control in the integrated CNC machining is researched.Then, in order to ensure the integration of the molding accuracy, efficiency andreliability, the signal detection method in processing is studied. The processingposition, displacement, velocity and the pressure, hydraulic pressure and otherparameters of the system are studied. And in accordance with the detection relevantparameter, the processing methods of the detection signal in the CNC machiningprocess are researched.Finally, the design of the integrated soft PLC logic control system is completedin CNC machining, planning the input and output of the system, the input and outputsignals address are configured, and the I/O board and the soft PLC logic program aredesigned. The servo control system structure is Proposed, the servo motor and servoamplifier are configured, and the integrated five-axis CNC machining equipmentconstruction and the prototype equipment are designed.
