Reasearch On The Auto Polishing Process Of Servo Valves’ Jet-pan

Precision hydraulic-electric servo valve is the key part in the hydraulic-electric servo control system. It is widely used in the control field of theaeronautical, aerospace and navigation. Jet-pan servo valve has the advantages ofanti-pollution, high-sensitivity. The jet-pan is the key part of Jet-pan servo valve,its machining process has a direct affect on servo valve’s production efficiencyand property.Based on the analysis and theory of fixed abrasive and the lapping processof jet-pan, the theory of the process of jet-pan is introduced. By the descriptionof the material removal mechanism, some factors which affect the lapping resultand the theory of surface roughness, a theoretical principle is laid for furtherexperimental study.Secondly, a design is proposed on the machining process of the typical partin Jet-pan servo valve. This dissertation gives a research on the equipment of jet-pan lapping. Considering the machining and detection, the toolings are designedand the abrasive is selected.Finally, orthogonal test is proposed to give a optimized combination on thetechnological parameters of the lapping machining process, such as pressure,abrasive and speed. This dissertation gives a research on the relation between thejet-pan process and the technological parameters. It also takes a experiment ontwo processes of jet-pan’s lapping which are two-face lapping and three-facelapping.
