With the opening of the Copenhagen Summit in December2009,"carbonemissions" has increasingly become the focus of all walks of life. Governments haveintroduced policies and strategies to reduce carbon emissions, even imported goodsshould also be labeled "carbon label"(mark the information of goods’life cyclecarbon dioxide, it’s the quantitative representation for carbon footprint). as a bigtextile and garment country, China in recent years has been faced the threat of "greenbarrier", at the same time, textile and garment industry’s impact on the environmenthas brought into the attention of the domestic top, promoting the sustainabledevelopment, low carbon production is already a direction for the future developmentof textile and clothing industry. Low carbonation of textile and apparel industry ismore and more important,"Carbon Footprint" has become one of the majorparameters of Carbon emissions. Although the study of Bra (as a branch of clothing),has been increased in recent years, these research are mainly about bra comfort, braand molded bra cup, etc., bra low carbon production research is relatively few, andthere is almost no research about bra carbon footprint.Based on the above background, this paper puts forward the topic:research oncarbon footprint impact factors of bra product life cycle and the carbon labelevaluation method. The purpose is to apply the carbon footprint evaluation method tobra production, reduce carbon emissions, provide a scientific basis for emissionreduction measures for bra enterprises, thus promote the low carbon production ofbra.The main contents of this dissertation are shown as follows:(1)Retrospect the background of carbon footprint research, and expounds theresearch status of carbon footprint and carbon labels, study the standards about carbonfootprint, and learn the representation of the carbon footprint calculation tools.(2)Point out the importance of researching bra product carbon footprint, throughthe study of life cycle assessment method, applied the method of life cycle assessmentto the evaluation of bra product carbon footprint. (3)Analyze the factor influencing the bra life cycle carbon footprint on the basisof the further study on bra product knowledge and PAS2050standard, using processanalysis and input-output method.(4)After survey bra manufacturers, through the method of literature and expertinterview, the bra product life cycle is divided into five stages: raw materials,manufacturing, transportation, distribution, use and recycling stages, and this paperanalyzes the influence factors of the carbon footprint of the product life cycle instages.(5)On the basis of factor analysis, establish the bra carbon footprint calculationmodel of the product life cycle.(6)This article uses the Delphi system development tools, and build the braproduct carbon footprint calculation system. First, analyze the system requirements,then design system work process, and finally achieve the operation of the system.Complete the calculation, analysis and storage of carbon footprint of bra products,making it convenient to calculate, and save a lot of manpower, material and financialresources during the calculation. The system can also provide advise for bra to beproduced by carbon footprint estimates, it also can improve the bra production carbonemissions and provide scientific basis for emission reduction measures.This study, through analyzing the bra carbon footprint impact factors of its lifecycle, built a bra product carbon footprint calculation model, implements the braproduct carbon footprint calculation system running, provides a certain theoreticalbasis,for bra product carbon footprint calculation and the bra production enterprises toreduce carbon emissions, also provide certain scientific basis for emission reductionmeasures.
