Because our country’s oil industry is a high energy-consuming industry.Also inrecent years,mostly of them sacrifice water and electricity to get oil,so saving energyshould be highly valued increasingly.With the comprehensive development ofembedded technology and the computer communication technology,it is an inevitabletrend to combine the embedded technology with the oil pumping technology.Howeverthere is not an intelligent energy-saving oil pumping controlling system being widelyused in the market,so developing an intelligent energy-saving oil pumping controlsystem will brings both good economic and social benefits.The topic is aimed at realizing an efficiently intelligent energy-saving oilpumping controlling system by studying the recent solutions about relative systems. Itsupposed to realize an efficient intelligent energy-saving oil pumping controllingsystem composed of PC program and embedded program combining the technologiesof Linux and Qt and the direction of stability,real-time,usefulness software.ThisSystem is based on the ARM9development environment and the Schneider inverterand associated sensor devices offered by the cooperation hardware company.Themain contents include the following:1.Propose the overall scheme of intelligent energy-production systems, andspecifically describe the control methods based on dynamic control map, which uses acalculation method based on fuzzy control.2.Build the embedded Linux system development platform.Select Ubuntuoperating system as a developing platform.Establish cross-compiler tool chain.Installand configure the NFS,install the developing platform software Qt including Qt/X11,x86version Qt/Embedded, ARM version of Qt/Embedded.3.Design the lower machine system. According to preliminary analysis of thedemand to make the overall design, then use StarUML to design case diagram, staticclass diagram and dynamic sequence diagram, and then build SQLite database table,and use Qt Designer to design the system interface,use C++programming language toimplement the control methods based on dynamic control chart, the system involvesmulti-threading, fault recovery techniques.4.Debug and release product.Test product,find and modify the bugs, transplantthe library files which are relied by the system software to the running carrier, thenrelease the program.
