As the pillar industry of China's economy,the petroleum industry plays an important role in the development of the national economy.However,most oil fields in China have entered the middle and late stages of exploitation,and many pumping systems are in a light-load or no-load state,resulting in serious waste of electrical energy and affecting pumping efficiency.Aiming at the problem of energy waste during oilfield mining,this dissertation uses switched reluctance motor as the main body and designs an intelligent pumping control module for oilfield energy saving,to realize the automation and intelligent control of the pumping system,so as to improve work efficiency and maximize profits.The dissertation starts with the current research situation at home and abroad.Based on the manual adjustment of the switchd reluctance motor pumping unit in the oil field,the structure and working principle of the switched reluctance motor of the pumping unit are analyzed,and the intelligent pumping control module that can automatically adjust the pumping speed is designed and implemented.Intelligent pumping control module includes central processing module,current detection module,speed detection module,control adjustment module and status display module.The status display module uses the TFTLCD to display the process interface of the entire module development process,including the setting interface,test interface and pumping interface,etc.The intelligent pumping control module uses the SRM current denoising algorithm of the pumping unit and the pumping energy-saving algorithm combined with the BP neural network to control the optimal speed of the motor according to the oil storage state of the well and the factors affecting the profit during the pumping process.The dissertation selects 12/8 pole three-phase switched reluctance motor and uses the keil uVision5 development platform as the software development tool,the hardware platform of the STM32F103ZET6 minimum system to realize the simulation test of the intelligent pumping control module for energy saving in the oil field.The experimental results show that the intelligent pumping control module designed in this dissertation can control the speed of the switched reluctance motor in real time.Compared with manual control,it saves a lot of manpower,material and financial resources and is of great significance for promoting energy conservation and consumption reduction in oilfieldproduction,stabilizing production and increasing efficiency.
