Urban agglomeration plays a leading role in the process of China’s economicdevelopment. Meanwhile, extensive economic development has led to environmentpollution, ecological destruction and other issues. At present, the water qualitydeterioration is a major problem paid close attention by the public and policy makers.More than three-quarters of the urban population breathed the air exceeds national airquality standards, and atmospheric environmental pollution has shown the regionalcharacteristic. Regional, complex atmospheric environmental problems has made ahuge challenge to the current environmental management, and only by the preventionmanagement mode in terms of the administrative area has not been enough to solvethe increasingly serious air pollution problems. With the rapid development ofeconomy, the environmental situation of has become more complex and more seriousin Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region (BTH). Therefore, research on regional environmentpollution characteristics, variation laws and influence mechanism has importanttheoretical significance and practical significance in typical urban in BTH.Related research was carried out based on the platform of Origin8.0、ArcGIS10.0after chosen typical urban (Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Baoding) in this paper.Firstly, the main atmospheric pollutants emissions data was used to analyze thepollutants emission characteristic and trends, and API, AQI and primary pollutantswere used to study the characteristic of atmospheric pollution in typical urban. Danieltrends analysis method and the annual average concentration of PM10、NO2、SO2werechosen to study the trends of atmospheric environmental quality. Regression analysiswas conducted to study the relationships between meteorological factors (averagetemperature, relative humidity, precipitation and sunshine time) and atmosphericquality in typical urban. Meanwhile, the correlation between atmospheric emissionsdata and atmospheric quality was analyzed based on regression analysis.Secondly, the main water pollutants discharge data were used to analyze thepollution level and its trend in typical urban. And the variation characteristics ofsurface water quality were studied based on the assessment results of surface waterquality. The Information Entropy was conducted to improve the Comprehensive WaterQuality Identification Index method and the new method was used to assess the HaiheRiver. Regression analysis was conducted to study the correlativity between waterpollutants discharge level and economic level. Water quality monitoring data concentration of CODMn、DO、pH and NH3-N) of national monitoring site inHaihe River were selected to analyze water quality and its trend systematically.Thirdly, through the summary of water pollutants discharge data and economicdata, the main controlling factors of the surface water pollution in typical urban wereextracted based on Clustering analysis and Regression analysis. And, throughsummarizing the atmospheric pollutant emissions data, industrial structure, populationand other related data, the main controlling factors of atmospheric pollution indifferent urban cluster based on Cluster analysis and Factor analysis.Finally, by analyzing the merits and demerits of existing comprehensiveenvironmental quality evaluation model, Environmental Benefit Degree evaluationmodel was proposed and selected related data from environment aspect, economyaspect and social aspect in BTH to verify the validity of the new model in this paper.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of atmospheric, surface water pollutioncharacteristic, variation trends and main controlling factors in typical urban in BTH,some outstanding problems existing in the process of environmental pollutionprevention and pollution control were summarized and related suggestion and countermeasures were proposed in BTH.
