The Analysis Research Of Application Of Paper Materials In Temporary Exhibition Design

Recently, the high-speed development of exhibition created lots of fabuloussignificant. Meanwhile, it also shows out some shortcomings at the same time. As theimportant part of exhibition, temporary exhibition have been appeared the severematerial waste problem, accompanying the problem such as construction difficulty anddesigning simplicity. All those problems will be the obstacles of the relevant industryand the whole exhibition industry at large. On the other hand, the paper material, withthe natural advantages, have been widely used in the furniture, architecture anddressing industry, far more than the original painting and packing field. Especially, theapplying of corrugated paper, honeycomb paperboard and French veined paper madefruitful results. In this regard, using more economy and environment-protected papermaterial on the temporary exhibition may become the remission or even solution of theproblems which this industry is confronting at the moment.The paper is consisting of7parts. It declares the fact basis of application of papermaterials in temporary exhibition from three aspects. All these aspects will expound thepossibility of paper materials in temporary exhibition and trigger out the further thoughtof whether paper materials could be the improved solution for exhibition problem.Firstly, the development of temporary exhibition and its universality as a task aredeclared in the first few paragraphs, introducing the present situation and divergence indevelopment of temporary exhibition both home and abroad. This paper also concludesthe functional requirement of temporary exhibition and analysis the materialconstruction and its technology so that it may explore the outstanding problem andcharacter of materials in the temporary exhibition industry in China. Those deepresearches could set up the all-round understanding in the temporary exhibition industry.Meanwhile, lay a hard foundation of the promotion of paper material application.Secondly, the research of correct understanding of paper materials is also one of thekey points in the paper. The basic character and recycle function are all the restrictingfactors in the dissertation, the understanding of reprocessing and shaping technology arethe crux start of the paper. The applying of corrugated paper, honeycomb paperboardand French veined paper, as the fit paper materials in the temporary exhibition, will bethe emphasis of the study. All those paper materials have already made success in some other fields; we could collect enough experience to lead the direction of our research.Last, after the piles of experiments and analyses, the standard paper material standare successfully designed, the modularization design of paper materials is also explored.The paper also made an exploration of systematic design in paper-based transformationin Beijing International Hi-tech Expo, Dongchengqu district. Those researches are allfruitful and the success also hints the feasibility of application of paper materials intemporary exhibition and its significant potential. I sincerely hope that this study couldoffer some theoretical reference and practical foundations of application of papermaterials in temporary exhibition in the future. And it could promote the real process ofpaper materials in the actual exhibitions and bring the new moment for temporaryexhibition and the whole exhibition industry at large.
