Although tank of Pump truck requires high precision, particularly the coaxial of holes on both sides. Machining of general machine tool is difficult to ensure the quality and accuracy of tank, and it is difficult to achieve rapid mass production, Therefore, the development of a dedicated machine tools for tank is imperative.The dedicated machine of this study focused on four standard of tanks, their primary structure are the same, but processing size are different, so it needs flexible tool to achieve mass production. Analysis processing requirements of tank parts, develop process route, then, determine the overall scheme of the machine.The fixtures, cutting head, screw of the machine tool are analyzed and calculated, to determine the form of pinch mechanism and calculate the required force for clamping; analyze cutting forces of the various processes suffered by Arbor, determine the structure of cutting head; calculate the overall inertia of skateboard and the inertia of screw, perform screw drive motor selection.In various parts of machine tools, the base is the foundation and frame of the whole machine, it also is installed and fixed foundation of other components. If the base structure is unreasonable or insufficient stiffness, machine bed will has a variety of deformation and vibration, thus affecting the overall performance. In this paper, the structure of machine tool is determined by comparison, and then do statics, dynamics, optimization analysis of the machine structure.In large quantities of mechanical processing, tool wear is an important factor that affects the machining accuracy. Therefore, in precision machining process, tool compensation technology is an important issue in the research of mechanical processing technology and equipment. To achieve a quantitative tool compensation, the right circular flexure hinge is used to form a parallelogram structure in this paper.
