| Based on the accelerated application of 5G scenarios on the Internet,various industries are constantly reshaping to improve existing efficiency or create new models.Digitization and intelligence drive the transformation of enterprise’s refined operation and realize cost reduction and efficiency increase.As a comprehensive chemical company,Company B is committed to becoming a pioneer in digital transformation in the chemical industry,and thus established a new global digital hub in Nanjing to support the company needs and provide professional services in digitalization.As the newly established business unit of Company B,the digital hub of Company B follows the compensation and benefits structure of Company B to recruit talent.However,after a period of recruitment,it was discovered that the current salary and benefits structure could not successfully recruit high-tech talents.After applicant questionnaires,in-depth interviews and company management interviews,based on the talent strategy of company B’s digital hub and applicants’ needs,through analysis of the gap between company B’s digital hub compensation and benefits structure and external applicants’ expectations,it is concluded that the problems of the center’s compensation and benefits at this stage are the deviations in benchmark companies,the salary structures are below candidates’ expectation,the benefits items are lack of difference and the total rewards are missing the needs from employees.Therefore,in order to support the successful recruitment of suitable talents for the digital hub,it has been specifically proposed to use high-tech Internet industry market data to rebuild the salary structure,introduce broadband salary to broaden the salary range,and change the fixed welfare items to flexible benefits,optimize total rewards to attract high-tech knowledge-based talents.Finally,through guarantee measures and process constraints,the optimized compensation and benefits can be implemented successfully,and to ensure the optimization could support B company’s digital hub compensation and benefits are more competitive in the market. |
