| Plastic is one of the four materials and widely used in our daily life and national economyconstruction. The manufacture of plastic is relay on the oil resources, and will cause environment pollution when use it. So it is significance to relieve energy crisis by using natural resource toreplace oil products through chemical conversion. Wood plasticizing was the hot spot of the research. In this paper, we regarded the processing residue of poplar as study object, and the research of wood plastic products to prepare master batch as core, studied the pre-treatment technology and plasticizing process condition impacted on the poplar powder plasticizing. By means of FTIR, SEM, XRD, DSC,MFR, vicat softening point temperature and other analytical tools to analyze the chemical structure characteristics, the change of microstructure, liquidity, high temperature resistance of the plasticizing Poplar powder. Studied and developed the preparation technics and discussed the recycle of alkali liquor and benzylating reagents. This article main researchcontent was as follows:1. We used the melt mass-flow rate, softening temperature and glass transition temperatureof plasticizing product as the research object.Used the single factor experiment method researchanalyze the effect of plasticizing process on plasticizing effect. The results showed that alkalipretreatment under ultrasonic;15%alkali concentration; the quality ratio of benzyl chloridewith original of Poplar powder is2:1; the plasticing reaction time was1h,which plasticizingproduct were the best within the test conditions. We found the dimension stability andwater-absorbing quality of plastic products was good.the most abrasion value of plasticproducts is39mg/100r, which were less than the national standard.2. We recycled squeeze alkali and recycled benzyl chloride analyze the effect ofplasticizing process on plasticizing effect. Test result showed that plasticizing poplar powder byrecycling alkali and benzyl with plasticizing poplar powder were similar in chemical structurecharacteristics;the change of microstructure and liquidity and the melt mass flow rate.The meltmass flow rate benzyl poplar powder the secondary used of benzyl chloride perpared benzylPoplar powder, secondary utilization of alkali swelling perpared benzyl of Poplar powder forrespectively were1.797g/10min,1.478g/10min,1.127g/10min. Analyzed the different chemical structure characteristics; the change of crystallinestructure; Glass transition temperature and the melt mass flow rate of before and after plasticingpoplar powder to study the plasticizing mechanism of benzyl Poplar powder.The plasticizingmechanism was the following, alkali pretreatment has broken the original structure ofmicrofibril,and Provided the conditions for benzyl access; Lignin fully exposed for poplarplastic transition plays a positive effect;the benzyl access was damaged rigid structure of poplarthat increased distance between the molecules and decreased polar polarity; Under the conditionof heating, part of the benzyl cellulose decomposition lead to eliminate the combination of chemical bonds and product lubricity of the material.4. Studied the preparation methods of plasticizing masterbatch. Compared plasticizingmasterbatch, with plastic poplar and polyethylene mixied plastic masterbatch analyzed the meltmass flow rate, softening temperature, the surface free energy.The result showed that liquidityof plasticizing masterbatch had improved when added a little of PE. Added more PE,plasticizing masterbatch had higher melt mass flow rate,higher softening temperature andstronger heat intolerence. Masterbatch had good interfacial compatibility with nonpolar plastic. |
