But For this kind of products based on security considerations at home and abroad, thetraditional approach is using the first method storage (the storage with pressuretank).However, the characters of the first method is the huge investment of spherical tank andhigh industry requirements;and in the second method the atmospheric vertical tank can notstand too much pressure and the loss is huge and the profit is poor.Therefore,The storage ofcritical gas and liquid has become a technical problem in the petrochemical storageindustry,which should be solved urgently.In this paper, the physicochemical properties and hazard of pentane dangerous chemicalproducts in the different storage design conditions and different methods are compared foranalysis and research.Next,based on the storage conditions of pentane tank at low pressureand low temperature, analyze the security by calculation and checking from twoterms——thickness and strength of the tank wall design and the sets of two-level securityrespiratory/emergency release.And then,compare and analyze the data of safety andenvironmental pollution through the application practice. Finally, through the comparison andsummary of the storage efficiency data of critical gas liquid product, the dangerous chemicalproducts of critical liquid are further revealed. The new technology of storage method at lowtemperature and low pressure is a new storage technology method with less investment, lessloss, safety, environmental protection type in the depot.The new technique and conclusion of application study will provide technical referenceand important reference for the feasibility of further exploration of petrochemical storageindustry and the storage of this kind of critical petrochemical products.
