Intrinsically safe working conditions start from the safety design in the plan,train safety-literate practitioners,formulate appropriate safety systems,and then select the safety equipment,facilities and tools,then finally create a health and safety suitable conditions for operators at the foundry site.Bradken(Xuzhou)Metal Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Bradken Xuzhou)is a heavy machinery enterprise that mainly produces the casting and assembly of wear-resistant parts of mining machinery,accompanied by the unique risk characteristics of the foundry industry.In casting production processes such as melting,molding,pouring,cleaning and transferring,there are a lot of risks such as heavy lifting,impact squeeze,vehicle crush injuries,high temperature burns,and casters' occupational diseases.Improve the safety management performance of the Bradken Xuzhou foundry,discover the problems in the enterprise safety management system,find the fundamental elements that affect safety performance,and suggest measures to improve the company's safety efficiency from the perspective of intrinsic safety.Combine with the time progress facing the front-line safety issues continue need to be improved in enterprise.First,the background of safe production in the foundry industry and the research significance of intrinsically safe enterprises are introduced.Secondly,the current status of research on intrinsic safety at home and abroad and the research direction of this article are determined.Then,study the relevant theoretical foundations and summarize the knowledge and methods related to intrinsic safety.Then,with safety organization as the committee;use the safety checklist method to identify hazards and the risk matrix method to assess risks,build a management model for the company's hazard identification and risk hierarchical management and control;formulate key issues with higher risks In accordance with the requirements of control system,qualitatively and semi-quantitatively,the risks at all levels in the Bradken Xuzhou foundry are clarified;at the same time,it has been studied to provide a healthy working environment for the casting front line and the creation of a safety atmosphere for continuous improvement of common care.Further use the actual accident cases at the foundry site,use the fault tree and5 why analysis method to find the root cause of the problem,from the perspective of intrinsic safety combined with the principle of lowest feasibility,adopt different priority control measures for the hazard risk points,and implement them in the production equipment modification and upgrading.In addition,the application of the idea of intrinsic safety in the casting production process has reduced the injury accident rate during the research period,the safety system runs smoothly,and the risk management is controlled.Finally,the process of optimizing the intrinsic safety of foundry production is summarized,which reduces the incidence of injury accidents,improves the enthusiasm of all employees for safety interaction,and achieves certain results in the exploration of potential hazards and risk management and control,and will be essential for safety personnel in the future.In the development process of the shaping and the safety of the mechanized automation equipment,the direction that can be further expanded is proposed.
