With the rapid development in recent years, the furniture industry, the demand for CNCwoodworking machinery continues to increase, but this part of the market is mainly occupiedby foreign manufacturers. At present, China’s domestic CNC woodworking machinery slowdevelopment, in addition to the hardware design has a certain gap with foreign countries, themain reason is the development of domestic woodworking machine CNC system lags behind.Therefore, by increasing R&D investment in woodworking machine CNC system, developedhigh-speed, high-precision, high performance and low cost of numerical control system,shortening the gap with foreign countries, to improve the technical level and the internationalcompetitiveness of domestic CNC woodworking machines, promote China CNCwoodworking machine development has particular significance.CNC wood processing technology is gradually developed by CNC metal machiningtechnology shift comes a woodworking machinery and equipment in the most complex,highest-tech technology. How to put more mature metalworking CNC system technology intothe CNC woodworking machine up, the direction of this paper is a software system designstudies.This thesis for woodworking machinery CNC system development designed to provide apath to an implementation of the method. This thesis is based on the ARM+DSP dual-corearchitecture CNC system on the software level woodworking machining center system design.Includes a functional module dual-core CPU’s planning and design; dual-core data exchangemodule design; process design decoding module, interface non-real-time communicationsmodule and real-time module; dual-channel synchronization mechanism design, and designwoodworking machinery workpiece data timing editorial design graphical programminginterface design and dual-channel processing and generation CNC system parameters bygraphical components execute G code programming; automatic feeder control logic design,automatic loading and unloading functions and processing of wood.In this paper, through the design of a dual-channel CNC machining centers woodworkingmachine system, mounted on a ten-axis woodworking machines, machining applications tomeet the needs of all types of wood furniture parts. By assembling different machine tools, sothat the machine has sawing, drilling, tongue and groove, mortising, comb, milling and otherfunctions, the equivalent is a saw rig, tongue and groove machine, mortising machines, combmachine, edge milling machines and other equipment functions on a CNC woodworking machine center. Two-channel simultaneous processing, greatly enhance the processingefficiency, a wide variety of processed wood parts variety, has a high price.
