Liquid hydrocarbon in this paper has a very high flammability, it can be readily explode.it consists in the main device of the refinery. Taking the liquid hydrocarbon system refinery ofJilin Petrochemical Co as an example, It aims at the safety analysis and comprehensiveevaluation on the operation condition of liquid hydrocarbon system refinery of JilinPetrochemical Co, it formulates comprehensive technical measures for safe and stableoperation, it ensures operation of the security and stability of liquid hydrocarbon system in thelong period.In the following three aspects in this thesis: the first part illustrates structure ofbasic liquid hydrocarbon system and distribution of liquid hydrocarbon in refinery, the mainpurpose is described in the application of the system safety analysis method, according to thedifferent device and unit of liquid hydrocarbon systems and the purpose of analysis evaluation,using different evaluation methods, at the same time, identifing major dangerous source andharm through the application of the safety analysis system in the liquid hydrocarbon system ofrefinery, and providing evidence of comprehensive safety technical measures for next step.The second part is the main types and causes of accident of liquid hydrocarbon system, itanalyses accident types and reasons basing on the analysis of dangerous sourse in liquidhydrocarbon system, it can be seen that the production storage unit of liquid hydrocarbonconstitutes a major risk sources in refinery, and equipment pipeline leakage is the main reasonfor the accident, this part mainly analyses of accident types and reasons with the domestic andforeign related accident case. The third part is the comprehensive technical measures toensure safety and stable operation of liquid hydrocarbon system, it illuminates the technicalmeasures for safe and stable operation of liquid hydrocarbon system from the aspects ofdesign, construction, daily operation management, equipment maintenance, emergencytreatment and soon.Security and stability of long period operation in liquid hydrocarbon system is of greatsignificance to the oil refinery, it is an important guarantee for long-term good economicbenefit and social benefit. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of the runningstatus of liquid hydrocarbon system of refinery of Jilin Petrochemical Co, it use the method ofsystem safety evaluation,it evaluats risk and identifies deleterious factors, it finds the hidden trouble of system operation and judges the degree of risk, it put forward reasonable andfeasible safety measures and suggestions in order to improve the safety level of liquidhydrocarbon system, the security risk of operation period is controlled in safe, reasonable,acceptable degree.The harm existing in the liquid hydrocarbon system of refinery is huge, butthrough scientific and effective management and adopting reliable safety measures, the harmis eliminated and controlled, it can realize safe and stability and long period operation ofliquid hydrocarbon system.
