| Tailing pond is one of important and dangerous fountainheads of mine, and needs to be attached importance. However, it isn't enough to systematically and perfectly analyze security tailing pond in the world at present. This dissertation is written on the base of referring laws, regulations and technical standards that established by nation, department and industry, studying 40 tailing ponds specific situation in Yunnan Stannum company, and composing security analysis reports of tailing ponds of the company.This dissertation expounds tailing ore establishments; makes sure reasons of security analysis of tailing pond; marks off analysis cells; analyzing dangerous and maleficent factors of tailing pond; brings forward preventive measures; sets down practical, systematic and operational safety checklist; presents safety degree of tailing pond by determining the nature on the base of score of safety checklist; at last perfects tailing pond correlation rules. |
