Application Of Whole Process Cost Management And Control In The Field Of Construction Project

With the deepening of market economy, the petroleum enterprises are facing fierce marketcompetition environment, in order to seek development, more and more internal investment ofoilfield construction projects, strengthening cost management and control of the constructionproject of oil becomes more and more important. The petroleum enterprise constructionproject cost management and control system, enhance the effectiveness of cost, discover,solve the existing problems in the management of construction projects, to ensure therealization of project objectives, reduce investment risk, it is important to improve theconstruction project of petroleum enterprise resource utilization and economic benefit etc..The paper adopted the methods of literature research, theoretical research and case analysiscombined with systematic study has been made on the cost management and control ofconstruction project in oilfield. But there are still some problems in the whole processof cost management and control of construction project in oilfield; finally the furtherapplication of the whole process of cost management and control of construction project inOilfield proposes suggestions and countermeasures.
