Research On Cost Management Of Construction Project Of Sewage Treatment Plant In Chengnan Phase Ⅱ Of Yancheng City

Under the background of the development of the times, the construction engineering field has become an important window to promote the development of the times to show the modern civilization. In recent years, as China’s construction market is fast, showing a good momentum of development. But it is in such a background, the fierce market competition in the undercurrent, construction enterprises in the survival of the fittest has become the norm. This also promotes the development of project management in the construction industry of our country. How to ensure the enterprise profit in the fierce market competition, and realize the maximization, become the important goal of the construction enterprise project management. Among them, for the construction enterprises, project cost management is a very important part of enterprise project management.In this paper, the basic principle of construction project management and cost management, to the south of the two phase of the sewage treatment plant construction project cost management as an example, this paper summarizes the current sewage treatment plant construction project using the cost management theory to carry out the cost control and analysis of the existing problems in the process of cost management. Firstly, the related theories of project cost management are described, and the earned value theory, the value engineering theory and the dynamic cost control principle are introduced. This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of construction project of the two phase sewage treatment plant in South City, the related preparation of cost management, such as the construction of the project organization, the structure of the work breakdown structure, the economic measures of cost management and contract management. Next, in order to focus on cost control for the two phase of the south city sewage treatment plant construction project cost management program implementation. Through the preparation of project cost plan, work breakdown structure, the use of earned value method to implement cost control, find the cost deviation, and find out the reasons for the cost deviation, and take a series of effective corrective measures.
