Rig in recent40years was reviewed in this paper the development of the electriccontrol system and the status quo, on the basis of the function of the electric controlsystem, for drilling machine electric control system of the division of five subsystem.Divide the work helps regulate oil drilling rig electric control system, and the overallperformance of the design and manufacture including the reliability and security. Bycomparing the dc drive control technology and the characteristics of ac variablefrequency drive technology, and ultimately determine the ac variable frequency drivetechnology based plan as a whole.Through the winch, wheel (top drive), and the analysis of the working condition ofmud pump, points out the drawworks and mud pump of the defects in the application ofac frequency conversion transmission scheme, and one by one, for its functionoptimization design was carried out. First of all, the perfect mode of winch controlwinch performance, increase work efficiency of the winch. Second, the innovation waywith doubly-fed motor speed control is applied to implement the mud pump drive. Theapplication through strict theoretical derivation and simulation test, and the twoimprovements on the control strategy, solve the doubly-fed motor to realize mud pumpspeed is the existing problems.Finally, the paper introduces a comprehensive drilling rig electrical control systemsolutions, choose the function has been optimized equipment and equipment. The idealsolution implementation of drilling rig, will mark the drill equipment manufacturingindustry of our country has entered into a new stage, at the same time bring newopportunities and challenges to China’s oil industry.
