Research On Technology Innovation Management System Of GS Company

Innovation has undoubtedly become a hot word of our time and one of the most important forces driving social progress.For modern manufacturing enterprises,technological innovation is the key to determining whether they can continue to be profitable and sustainable.Technological innovation is a continuous and systematic process.It needs a solid,powerful,healthy and complete system to guide and maintain.Research on the establishment of a technological innovation management system is significantly important for enterprises.This paper takes GS as the background to research the technological innovation management system.First of all,basing on the research of triple helix innovation theory and open innovation system theory,it explores the mode of establishing advanced and perfect technological innovation management system in enterprises from the construction of learning organization,the management of innovative talents,the management and evaluation of the innovation management system etc.,through which they carry out researches,utilize resources from universities and scientific research institutions,and collaborate with companies in the same industry to create a technological innovation ecosystem;Secondly,it explains the necessity for GS to establish a technological innovation management system and the current status of the company's technological innovation.Thirdly,it puts forward the overall idea of designing a technological innovation management system with an emphasis on organization,system,talents,and innovation culture in order to establish an innovation ecosystem which is composed of enterprise resources and social resources;It also proposes some preparation works and supporting measures for the implementation of technological innovation management system,mainly focusing on team building and platform building as well as policy setting and the investment of resources to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of the system.This thesis studies the design and establishment of technological innovation management systems,demonstrates the complementary relationship between the system and innovation activities in the process of enterprise innovation,and evaluates the factors that maintain a healthy operation of the system.The research content has certain implication of reference and guidance for enterprises currently in the primary stage of technological innovation.
