Our country is a big country of coal production and the annual coal output ranks firstin the world. However, due to the complexity of natural conditions, the rapid increase ofmining depth and coal production, lacking of safety inputs, safety technology, safetyequipment and safety management, and many other reasons, China’s coal mine productionsafety situation is very grim. In recent years, gas and coal dust explosion, coal and gasoutburst, mine fire, the mine roof floor water inrush in mine disasters lead to accidentsemerge in endlessly, has become a restricting high yield and high efficiency intensivemining technology development the most important factor.This paper mainly from the following aspects of the study: Based on the currentsituation of coal industry disaster warning technology in China, the paper lists the unsafefactors that may cause gas explosion by using three kinds of dangerous sources, and basedon theory of the chain reaction of gas explosion, gas explosion hazards identificationcarried on the thorough analysis, analysis of coal mine gas explosion hazards arelisted(there are13types of gas accumulation, and there are10main sources of gasexplosion), determines the object of coal mine gas explosion warning, and the guidingideology of the coal mine gas explosion warning management is pointed out; Taking intoaccount the distribution of stress, gas pressure distribution of coal, the inhomogeneity ofcoal body material, and desorption gas desorption gas outburst, the main influence factorsare considered, The mechanical model of coal and gas outburst is established, and thecharacteristics of coal and gas outburst in coal seam, coal roadway driving and coal entryin stone door are analyzed, and the reference basis is provided for outburst warning;Combination of gas disaster extended identification and hierarchical control technologyand equipment research, gas disaster early warning system research and determine theearly warning system for coal mine gas explosion and its various components; Finally,combined with the use of BP neural network technology and GIS technology combinedwith gas sensors, temperature sensors, establish early warning model of coal and gas outburst, to highlight the danger level, and compared the warning system results in FlatCoal Shares12Ore field application, the success of coal and gas outburst disaster earlywarning, verify the rationality and security of the early warning system.Comprehensive the above several aspects of research, can use this model to ourcountry coal industry in the process of production for dynamic risk early warning, topromote coal mine safety management is engaged in the analysis model to the beforehandprevention model after transformation, as much as possible to reduce the coal mine gasexplosion accident frequency, fundamentally to prevent unnecessary accidents.
