Study Of The Implenting Technology Of Eco-Environmental Quality Assessment And Forewarning Of Mine

This paper firstly expounds the necessity of applying GIS in the ecological environmental quality assessment and forewarning.Including many mining areas in our country, with the constant development of the mining industry, it has promoted the advancement of regional economy and has accelerated the process of industrialization and urbanization of mining area. At the time, it has brought the destruction to ecological environment of the mining area in many aspects and produced a series of questions of ecological environment. So, we should lead various kinds of advanced technological means into the protection and administration of the ecological environment of mining area, fully utilize modern high-new science and technology to serve the e improvement of ecological environmental of area, and then promote the regional sustainable development of mining area. There are two part of content which is discussed in this paper: 1) the establishment of assessment and forewarning index system of ecological environment quality of mining area and the research of assessing and forewarning; 2) The design and implement of MEQAFIS.The first part mainly expound the constructing method of index system and the corresponding assessing and forewarning models; In the second part, according to the theory of the soft-project and the designing method of GIS, the design of subsystem and module of MEQAFIS is discussed; How to utilize VB 6. 0 and adopt OLE technology to develop figure management subsystem of assessment and forewarning of ecological environment quality of mining area which based on Maplnfo and facing to users; How to adopt Access 2000 relation database, DAO and SQL to develop information management system of ecological environmental quality assessment and forewarning of mining area; in the end, the integration of two subsystem is realized.At last, this paper chooses XinWen mining industry to make instance analysis.Through XinWen instance, the following conclusions can be drew:(1) The assessment and forewarning index system constructed in this paper takes the reality of ecological environment of mining area into consideration, it has relatively strong suitability; The appraisal and forewarning model is proved to be effective through practical test and it is relatively advanced.(2) Utilizing OLE technique to develop figure management subsystem which based on Maplnfo and facing the user is feasible; Utilizing Access database and SQL and adopting VB 6. 0 to develop MEQAFIS which based on DAO and integrate the space and attribute data management system at last is successful. The integration of them is the integration of system as well as software.
