The coal mine gas explosion accident is the most serious casualty accident of mine, and preventing the gas accident is the most important work in the coal production enterprise. Therefore, how accurately, effectively are carried on the appraisal and the forecast to the gas accident risk, and how to use the appraisal and the forecast information to fully realize the coal mine enterprise's safety decision-making, are one of important topics urgently to be solved, which can enhance the mine enterprise safe control in production.Firstly,in this paper, on the basis of studying on identification, classification, gradation of gas accident hazard, the structure of coal mine gas accident is analyzed. According to three kinds of hazard idea, the hazard factors of the basic conditions of gas explosion was analyzed base on connatural hazard and occasion hazard and factor of people.Based on several typical examples of gas explosion occurred at coal face, the basic events of gas explosion are summarized. By applying the minimum cut sets and structure importance of fault tree analysis, the accidents of gas explosion at coal face are studied. The results show that to put emphasis on controlling the density of gas and fire resource is an essential way to prevent gas explosion at coal face. It is of great significance to guide the safety in production at coal mines.Combining the formidable non-linear dynamic processing question ability of neural network and MATLAB's superiority in numerical computation, the author has designed the predicting model based on time series of inherent hazard of coal mine gas explosion for gas discharge amount and performed with examples to confirm. The results show high accuracy of the model. And it can forewarn when the gas density reaches danger limit. Under the circumstance, field operators can take countermeasures ahead of time to prevent accidents, which can provide new ideas to the further development of gas discharge forewarning technique.
