Worldwide, shallow underground energy is increasingly development of economy andunder the influence of the energy crisis is gradually reduced, immediate need of deep energydevelopment. However, with the improvement of human deep underground miningtechnology ability is getting stronger and stronger, lead to irregular ground stress increases,the interior of the earth temperature rise abruptly, geological environment became worse,this makes the frequency of the occurrence of percussive ground pressure and the extent ofdamage is also increasing, the energy of the emitted caused damage to roadway, heavy bringto people’s property safety hazards. So, it is meaningful to study impact ground pressure.In the process of roadway excavation, when has a tendency to impact ground pressureroadway support is now have to face the problem of coal mining areas, however, with theincrease of mining depth is more and more, this kind of roadway support problem becomesmore and more worth to study and solve. In this paper, the mine8939working face of8939roadway of xinzhou kiln as the research object, to have tended to impact ground pressure ofroadway support problem was studied.Paper by theoretical analysis and field test of the method, a study on mechanism ofimpact earth pressure respectively, impact characteristic analysis, support optimization, etc.,the paper from three aspects this paper expounds the impact ground pressure under thegeological conditions of the characteristics and effects of the aspect, by analyzing the miningfor coal seam has been clear about the xinzhou kiln type of percussive ground pressure,medium impact bias. After supporting status quo survey found: currently, with thesupporting materials level form a single, anchor rod (rope) are common type, anchor rod(rope) the attachment is not reasonable, the impact tendency of roadway under the action ofhigh pressure is difficult to meet the safety requirements, in view of the resistance to pit yourestimate has been observed pressure need new materials; Support parameters design isunreasonable, lack of pertinence, anchor rod (rope) structure in the two sides can’t work, lackof support strength, the effect is poor. Through the impact tendency of roadway, disappear,and the combination of prevention and cure of bumper design guiding ideology is put forward. Respectively, the strength of in situ investigation, loose circle test, shear test systemby RBST rock drill on the mechanism of impact ground pressure and roadway failuremechanism were tested and studied, based on the basis of the analysis of the impact of the5937lane, optimize the supporting parameters, and proposed according to the specificsituation of the mine of xinzhou kiln-borehole pressure relief method and preventing theoverall coupling design guidelines for equalizing supporting system. On5939lane throughthe design of supporting parameters, and through the field industrial test shows that theroadway mouth more and more far away from, bolt on the force it also becomes small; Eachmonitoring station anchor force into a trend of increase, gaining more and more small, butover time, eventually tend to a certain value, to reach a steady state. This also means that theanchor has played a very good supporting role, supporting small clear, mixed parameterdesign has reached the standard, also has obtained the expected effect.
