| E.R.R recovery system is an environment protection sector of paper mill. It candirectly affect the great economic and society profit. However, the current E.R.R recoverysystem has many kinds of control systems, such as DDC system, instrument control system,etc. These systems can hardly to meet the complicated control requirements of E.R.Rrecovery system, and they often lead to downtime that affect the production. This thesisbased on the distributed control system (DCS) of E.R.R recovery, optimizes and improvesthe E.R.R recover system for the deficiencies and defects of existing system.Firstly, this thesis analysis and modeling the E.R.R recover DCS system, the core is thatconstructs the optimization model of black liquor, the optimization model is used todetermine the amount of the estimated value of the controlling under the condition ofdetermining the amount of each operation. and then compared to the target value, theoptimization model further give the optimum operation amount, and achieve optimaladjustment. Secondly, in the combustion system, it is divided into three subsystem, namedsteam pressure system,air supply control system,furnace pressure control system.Steampressure system which uses feed forward and feedback control system solves the problemthat the load changes quickly. air supply control system chooses the furnace temperature tobe controlled variables, uses fuzzy PID control system to automatically adjust the air-fuelratio at the best value. Furnace pressure system uses feed forward compensation to suppressthe interference generated by the DCS system, which has good results. The application ofthese control strategies greatly increase the stability and accuracy of the DCS system.Finally, in the DCS system of E.R.R recover system, I build the intranet for E.R.Rrecover system to realizes the default diagnosis and modernization production and scientificmanagement. It reduces the default stopping time, raises the economic profit. |
