| After comprehensively analyzing the ubiquitous and arduous problem of safely using and storing hazardous chemical substances in the process of application of the work safety standardization program between enterprises of different industries in Jiaxing city, and combining the actual situation of a enterprise, this paper designed a safe and reasonable hazardous chemical substance warehouse and took some measures to improve the design under specialist advice. The main content of paper are as follows:(1) on the basis of one enterprise, comprehensively analyzing the ubiquitous problems in the process of application of the work safety standardization program between enterprises of different industries in Jiaxing city, mainly, the safe use and storage of hazardous chemical substances;(2) knowing about the enterprise’s basic situation, which involved principal technologies, products and main project outside supporting, etc.;(3) investigating the possible hazards in the construction of the project such as the risk of materials, possible danger emerged in craft process, identification of major hazard installations, identification of dangerous chemical process, preliminary safety assessment report, hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) and other safe risks;(4) drawing relevant drawings including security facilities, technology systems, general plans, equipments and pipes, electric, auto control instruments, fire alarms, etc.;(5) giving conclusions and seeking suggestions. The results showed that the project site selection conformed to the local government planning, and the simplicity of the apparatus, proven techniques and high security adopted in this project could ensure the safe operation of the project. The main suggestions are:ordering relevant facilities from those qualified departments, entrusting the qualified construction units strictly executing construction abiding by the designed scheme after accomplishing all the testing tasks, and improving the enterprise’s safety management. |
