| The implementation of work safety standardization is of great significance to enhance the safety status of enterprises and improve the level of safety production of enterprises.For a large number of manufacturing enterprises with complex operation,how to implement the work safety standardization better is an important problem to be solved urgently.According to the analysis of the influence factor of the work safety standardization implementation in manufacturing enterprises,this paper proposes a set of implementation strategies that conform to the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises.This paper investigates the current situation of work safety standardization in manufacturing enterprises,and analyses the effect of work safety standardization,as well as the difficulties encountered in the process of implementing work safety standardization in manufacturing enterprises.Then it identifies the influence factors to the implementation of work safety standardization in manufacturing enterprises,and elaborates 17 main factors that affect the implementation of work safety standardization in manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of enterprise itself,staff implementation,difficulty of rectification,evaluation,intermediary service agencies,government support and social identity.Then this paper use Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)to analyze the influence factors,construct the hierarchical structure of influence factors,and get the logical relationship between factors.On this basis,combined with cross influence matrix multiplication(MICMAC analysis method),the driving force and dependence of each factor are calculated,and the key points of management and intervention are obtained.Finally,according to the analysis results of these two methods on the influence factors,the countermeasures and suggestions for manufacturing enterprises to implement work safety standardization are put forward. |
