Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises Of Shandong Dezhou Security Standardization Of Analysis And Research

Safety management of enterprises of hazardous chemicals is one of the most important and the most difficult work in safety production. China State Administrative Bureau of Safety Production Supervision promulgated 'Safety Standardization for Enterprises of Hazardous Chemicals Standard' in 2005, and it demanded that all the hazardous chemicals enterprises should begin to work on safety standardization. At present, safety standardization for productive enterprises of hazardous chemicals has confronted many acute problems. The productive enterprises themselves are confronted with some difficulties, and there are some problems related to the government and the checking-and-rating organization which check and rate the performance of safety standardization of the hazardous chemicals enterprises.The author launched a survey on safety standardization for productive enterprises of hazardous chemicals by using stratified sampling in Dezhou, Shandong province. And the author read lots of related articles and other materials, and took part in several checking-and-rating works of safety standardization for productive enterprises of hazardous chemicals. Some major factors had been found that may affect the performance of safety standardization for productive enterprises of hazardous chemicals.The author introduces Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM) method to interpret the relationships between these factors when their relationships had been made clear. The author builds reachability matrix and converts their relationships into an intuitively multilevel model. By this model the author builds the modeling of the factors that may affect the performance of safety standardization for productive enterprises of hazardous chemicals. The author comes to a conclusion that we should establish hazardous chemicals safety standards system that is suitable for our country. And we should place emphasis on the compulsion of safety standards of hazardous chemicals production. The whole society must also value safety standards highly.
