| In this paper, polyether modified silicone emulsifier with different HLB value range wasdesigned and synthesized, and on the basis the wetting agent product was synthesized which hasa better performance. What’s more, polyether modified silicone sulfate and polyether modifiedsilicone phosphate anionic emulsifier were synthesized. Homemade anionic-non-ionic emulsifierwas applied to defoamer emulsion synthesis, and good stability defoaming agent emulsion wasobtained. Specific research and results were as follows:Firstly, using hydrogen content of0.18%and the molecular weight of500silicone oil andend allyl polyetherAas raw materials, polyethylene modified organic copolymer was synthesized.By chemical titration to test product hydrogen content, this experiment calculated hydrogensilicone Si-H conversion, namely silicon hydrogen addition reaction conversion rate. At the sametime IR spectral and1HNMR spectral analysis were employed to confirm the structure of theproducts. Determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment study, the optimalreaction conditions was found: the molar ratio of Si-H and C=C was1.0:1.2, reaction temperaturewas130℃, reaction time was7hours, and catalyst was20μg·g-1.On this condition withdifferent hydrogen content and molecular weight of silicone oil and EO content in different endallyl polyether as raw material, polyether modified silicone non-ionic emulsifiers with HLB valuefrom2.40-17.1series were obtained. The surface tension of the products were very low, and allthe products had good emulsifying properties and foam properties.Secondly, with low molecular weight hydrogen silicone and polyether as raw material,polyether modified silicone wetting agent was obtained. The influence of the silicone oilmolecular weight, hydrogen content, structure and the polyether type on the surface tension of thewetting agent products were studied in this paper. And considering its compatibility, it wasconcluded a better formula: seven three methyl siloxane and D4adduct and then reaction withpolyetherA.Thirdly, with homemade polyether modified silicone PSA0550, and amino sulfonic acid asthe sulfating reagent, polyethylene modified organic sulfate was synthesized. This paperdiscussed the effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, ratio of reactants and catalyst on thesulfating reaction. Two phases titration of mixed indicator was used to measure the anion contentof the product. At the same time IR spectral and1HNMR spectral analysis were employed toconfirm the structure of the products. And their surface activities were studied. An optimumreaction condition was found: the molar ratio of amino acid and polyether silicon-OH was1.3,reaction temperature was120℃and reaction time was2hours, and catalyst was4%of the total mass of reactants. On this condition with different hydrogen content and molecular weight ofsilicone oil and EO content in different end allyl polyether as raw material, through the sulfating,polyether modified silicone sulfate anionic emulsifiers were obtained. Their HLB value beforethe sulfation were improved. The surface tension of the products were very low, and all theproducts had good emulsifying properties and foam properties.Fourthly, selection of homemade polyether modified silicone PSA0550, reaction withphosphorus oxychloride, polyethylene modified organic phosphate was synthesized. This paperdiscussed the effects of the esterification reaction time, reaction temperature, ratio of reactantsand hydrolysis reaction time, temperature on the phosphate esterification reaction. Products’single and double ester content were evaluated by chemical titration method, at the same time IRspectral and1HNMR spectral analysis were employed to confirm the structure of the products.And their surface activities were studied. An optimum reaction condition was found: the molarratio of POCl3and polyether silicon-OH was2, the esterification temperature was35℃, theesterification time was3h, and hydrolysis temperature was35℃, hydrolysis time was1.5h. Onthis condition with different hydrogen content and molecular weight of silicone oil and EOcontent in different end allyl polyether as raw material, throuhg the phosphate esterification,polyether modified silicone phosphate anionic emulsifiers were obtained. Their HLB valuebefore the phosphate esterification were improved. The surface tension of the products were verylow, aand all the products had good emulsifying properties and foam properties.Finally, with homemade polyether modified silicone as the emulsifier emulsion preparationof defoaming agent, this paper discussed the homemade emulsifier compound. The effects of thetypes of emulsifiers, emulsifier HLB value and the emulsifier structure on the stability of thedefoamer emulsion were discussed. The results showed that the emulsion stability and inhibitelimination performance of anion compound with non-ion compound emulsifier preparation ofdefoaming agent, were superior to anion compound with anion compound emulsifier. Andthereby the better emulsifying combination was obtained: the non-ionic emulsifier PSA0518respectively with anionic emulsifier SPSB-7, SPSC-7and PPSB-7and PPSC-7compound, thesynthetic emulsion stability were better. |
