In this thesis, low molecular hydrosilicone was designed and synthesized. On this basis the homemade hydrosilicone was modified, and a series of modified silicone products were synthesized. Then, the modified products were used in coating and ink to discuss the application performance of homemade modified products as levelling agent.Firstly, the low molecular hydrogen-terminated hydrosilicone oil was synthesized with taking octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane as the main materials and the concentrated sulphuric acid as the catalysts. Determined by orthogonal experiment study, we found the optimal reaction conditions of the ring opening polymerization. When the dosage of catalyst was 3%, the reaction temperature was 50℃ and the reaction time was 8 hours, the conversion of synthesis reaction was 96.0%. Further more, IR spectral and1 HNMR spectral analysis were employed to characterize the structure of the products.Secondly, the low molecular branched hydrosilicone oil was synthesized with taking octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl cyclotetrasiloxane and hexamethyldisiloxane as the main material and the concentrated sulphuric acid as the catalysts. Determined by orthogonal experiment study, we found the optimal reaction conditions of the polymerization rearrangement reaction. When the dosage of catalyst was 3%, the reaction temperature was 60℃and the reaction time was 7 hours, the conversion of synthesis reaction was 97.7%. In the meantime, IR spectral and1 HNMR spectral analysis were employed to characterize the structure of the products.Thirdly, the special hydrosilicone oil which contains hydrogen both terminal groups and side chains was synthesized with taking octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl cyclotetrasiloxane and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane as the main material.Fourthly, the polyether modified silicone was synthesized through the hydrosilylation reaction with using homemade low molecular hydrosilicone oil and allyl polyether as main materials and the chloroplatinic acid as the catalysts. Determined by orthogonal experiment study,we found the optimal reaction conditions of polyether modified silicone reaction. When the reaction temperature was 130℃, the dosage of catalyst was 20 μg/g, the reaction time was 8hours and the molar ratio of Si-H and C=C was 1 : 1.2, the conversion of synthesis reaction was95.6%. At the same time IR spectral and1 HNMR spectral analysis were employed to characterize the structure of the modified products. A series of polyether modified silicone were synthesized by using homemade low molecular hydrosilicone oil and different allyl polyether as main materials. The surface performance of the modified products were tested, and obtained polyethermodified silicone levelling agent with excellent performance which could substitute imported samples BYK 333 and TEGO 450.Fifthly, the acrylate modified silicone was synthesized through the hydrosilylation reaction with using homemade low molecular hydrosilicone oil and acrylate as main materials and the chloroplatinic acid as the catalysts. Determined by orthogonal experiment study, we found the optimal reaction conditions of acrylate modified silicone reaction. When the reaction temperature was 100℃, the dosage of catalyst was 20 μg/g, the reaction time was 7 hours and the molar ratio of Si-H and C=C was 1 : 1.2, the conversion of synthesis reaction was 92.5%. Moreover, IR spectral and 1HNMR spectral analysis were employed to characterize the structure of the modified products. A series of acrylate modified silicone were synthesized by using homemade low molecular hydrosilicone oil and different acrylate as main materials. The surface performance of the modified products were tested, and obtained polyether modified silicone levelling agent with excellent performance which could substitute imported samples BYK 310.Finally, a series of modified silicone products such as polyether modified special silicone,acrylate modified special silicone as well as polyether and acrylate modified special silicone were synthesized with taking homemade special hydrosilicone oil, hydrosilicone oil and acrylate as main materials. Meanwhile, the surface performance of the modified products were tested, and obtained polyether modified special silicone levelling agent with excellent performance which could substitute imported samples BYK 333, TEGO 450 and BYK 310.
