Cephalosporins anti-infection drugs have a series of advantages, such as reliablecurative effect and using safety, which play an important role in anti-infection drugs.The7-AVCA is a very important intermediate in the cephalosporins anti-infectiondrugs, which has a large market potential and market needs at home and abroad.Based on the environmental impact assessment of the industrialization projects inthe cephalosporins drug intermediates, the author carries out production technologyanalysis on7-AVCA intermediates, gets information about the emission source,emission methods and rules of pollutants, analyzing emission standard feasibility ofpollutants, and forecasting environment impact level and environmental quality insurrounding areas. The author also provides a series of suggestions for controlling andsolving related problems,so as to achieve a balance between environmental andeconomical benefit.By the analysis, this paper makes conclusion that the atmospheric environment,water environment, and environmental risk in these projects reach relatedrequirements. the result indicates that emission of waste gas in the production processreaches the discharge standard; waste water also reaches the standard, and dischargedestination is reasonable based on the treatment of waste water. Besides, solid wastestored in factories should prevent corrosion and leakage so as to avoid there-contamination. Based on the achievement of accident prevention and emergencymeasure, environmental risk can be acceptable.For improving cleaner production level of project, this paper suggest thatadvanced and reliable airtightness equipment should be used in the production, andpipelines are used to connect between containers and equipments so as to controlvolatilizing loss of materials; besides, production projects should select energyconservation products; and recovery and utilization of waste heat reduces energyconsumption.
