The importance of energy is of no doubt to industry, daily life, military andnational security. China is a major energy producer and energy consuming country.The energy structure, the distribution is not satisfactory and has a larger gap. As animportant form of energy, oil shale, just like solar, wind, nuclear is paid moreattention more and more. Its production technology, equipment, systems, projects,research and development are encouraged and supported by the national and localgovernment and industry authority institution. Among them, the industrial productionof oil shale integrated synchronous monitoring system has a very important value andpractical significance.Based on the analysis of practical requirements of the oil shale developmentcompany, the problem of the overall framework of the comprehensive monitoringsystem is studied in-depth. Some results are reached in the following aspects.1. System architecture: the integration of software engineering and systemsengineering theory and technology, the use of advanced automation, network controltechnology and database platform, unified architecture, the monitoring and control ofa variety of heterogeneous systems is achieved. And it is interconnected with theinformation systems to form a set of advanced automatic control technology, oil shaleproduction process display, real-time production environment monitoring, equipmentcondition monitoring, and results in an all aspects of unified real-time supervisionsystem.2. In communications, networking and interface technology: Industrial Ethernetand fieldbus-based model to build intelligent interface device to connect with avariety of production, safety monitoring and control system, device statesynchronization show automatically switch the fault zone video.3. Presentation technical means: for more intuitive representation of complexproduction environment, the operation status of the system to the physical simulationmodel combined with the traditional on-site real-time video feedback, as well assound, light, power and other multimedia integrated way reflect the site of the production processes the operating status of the status quo, and real-time surveillanceand monitoring.4. In practice and application: the system presents the oil shale productionprocess, the oil shale automation control technology innovation and verify real-timemonitoring and production monitoring function through the preliminarilyimplementation, all have better results. Meanwhile, the fast fault diagnosis achievedto ensure that real-time monitoring, certainty and reliability, and thus effectivelyimprove the production safety, efficiency, and comprehensive benefits.
