On The Management Of The Dazhu Natural Gas Purification Equipment Initially Running

Entering the21st century, with the rapid development of economy and theprogress of modern science and technology, China’s natural gas industry hasdeveloped rapidly, natural gas has become production and life necessities and itsconsumption has also been increasing year by year. Especially for industry, naturalgas is not only basic raw materials and fuel for fertilizer and chemical enterprise, butalso important materials for maintaining and promoting regional economydevelopment. If natural gas supplies once interrupt, it not only brings a lot ofinconvenience to people’s life, more seriously, it causes tremendous damage to theeconomy, furthermore, social stability is also impacted. Therefore, ensuring theregular supply of natural gas has become one of the key factors to maintain thestability of economy, society and politics.The purification process of sulfurous natural gas is an indispensable procedurefrom mining to the users. With the transformation of China’s energy strategy andpattern, the production of natural gas is increasing, thus, there must be a growingnumber of new natural gas purification plants being put into operation in successionall around the world. However, the natural gas purification plant has thecharacteristics of complex craft, high temperature and high pressure, poisonous andharmful, flammable and explosive, easy to corrosion, etc, moreover, new natural gaspurification plant faces high risk and huge danger, causes safety accidents，environmental problems and the waste of resources in the initially running. Therefore,managing initially running of the new natural gas purification plant well is the keypoint of realizing safety and clean production, making the plant keep long period safeand smooth operationThis paper is based on the point of project management, integrates andcombines the project management relevant theory, and then reviews domestic andinternational relevant literatures, applies the method of case analysis and theory withpractice, analyses and researches the initially running successful experience of the DaZhu factory new natural gas purification plant, a branch of Chongqing natural gaspurification plant, subsequently finds out the existing management problems, mainlyincluding four aspects problems, progress control, personnel allocation andtraining, cost control and quality control. Finally, puts forward effective solutions forthese management problems by using management knowledge to ensure the newnatural gas purification plant innitially running smoothly.
