The construction and operation of high sulfur content of natural gas purification plant engineering can drive the rapid development of regional economy, and in the mean time produce some pressure on the region ecological environment, which ruined the ecological environment during the construction time, what's worse, the SO2emissions during the engineering trial production and operation period may cause a long-term impact to the local crops and plants, and the impact will aggravate and threaten the ecological environment system in the area, so it is quite necessary to do research and bring about evaluation technology of the purification plant engineering effecting area ecology.Based on the task"the research of ecological restoration of the gas field development project and the natural gas purification plant engineering", this thesis made a research on the ecological evaluation index system of impacted area of high sulfur-containing natural gas purification plant. Through field surveys of high sulfur content natural gas purification plant engineering, this article has made systematical research of the possible negative effects that the construction and operation of the purification plant engineering may brought to the surrounding ecological environment and the reasons. Referring the ecological environment evaluation research results and project planning and environmental assessment index system domestic and abroad and chose the P-S-R (pressure-state-response) model, this article built a3levels high sulfur content natural gas purification plant engineering effect area ecological evaluation index system, and using the AHP method determined the weight of each level.According to related standards and combining with actual situation, this paper gave the quantitative standards of the quantitative index in the index system, which will provide some reference to build a uniformed, recognized quantitative index system.Taking a high sulfur content natural gas purification plant engineering as example, the article made a comprehensive evaluation on the regional ecological environment quality before and after the operation of the purification plant engineering when the implementation of ecological recovery plan was not applied and environment quality after the operation of the purification plant engineering when the plan was applied. The evaluation results consistent with the present situation of the ecological environment influenced by the project. The system can objectively reflect the quality and characteristics of the engineering, and can provide important basic information and scientific evidence for putting forward practical environment protection plans, building an environment beneficial, economic optimization, socially acceptable "green gas field, ecological engineering" system. The engineering application result shows that the new indicators system can be well used to the regional ecological environment situation assessment under different space-time conditions.
