| With the further development of the ChenNan oilfield,the quantity of fluid producingincreases gradually. At the same time, the sewage flow has already increased from2000m3/d in the initial stage to the current12356m3/d or so. Therefore, for lack of the sewagetreatment facilities, problems that injected water exceed the water standard gradually appear.Consequently, the research subject of ChenNan sewage system transformation technologyis put forward. By purifying the polluted water and water stability test, we aim to search for akind of stable agentia for sewage purification at ChenNan. Considering the fact that the heavyoil recovery has increased in2011, the sedimentation test and gas floating test are carried outrespectively to test wastewater quality before and after viscous oil recovery. Throughscreening test of the agent, the dosing formula is recommend.Combined with the present situation of ChenNan joint station,two overall schemes aredetermined from the overall consideration. The first one: natural sedimentation, coagulationsedimentation treatment; the second one: natural receiving settlement, the air-flotationtreatment. And the supporting reform scheme will be completed as well. The former one isrecommended through comparison and selection, namely, the "natural oil removing+coagulation oil removing+filter" process. In addition to be stable, safe and reliable tooperate, the scheme has advantages of high efficiency for eliminating oil and suspendedmatter. By using this scheme, crude oil can be maximumly recycled and suspended solids canbe removed. Meanwhile, the load on the filtration facilities will be reduced and the costdecreases, thus meeting the standard of (SY/T5329-94) C3for water quality. It will greatlyease the existing contradiction between injection and production in some key units.Therefore, the sustainable development of ChenNan oilfield is maintained. |
